My temporary practice letter has arrived. I am holding it in my hot little fingers. This means I can actually sign charts, deliver babies and (maybe, I'm not sure) write prescriptions on my own. As an added bonus the credentialing committee meets Wednesday and so I will be truly all set to go.
The ironic piece of this is that today was the hearing for HB 1407 Birth Options Preservation Bill in Maryland. That's bill to prohibit the Board of Nursing from requiring the written practice agreement in the first place. Hope it went well, ladies.
